Lovely little black 1940's dress! Done in black rayon crepe and sequins. Long ties thread through holes to tie up a gorgeous keyhole neckline. Four rows of black sequins decorate the bodice. Wrap around half hip peplum and straight skirt. Side metal zip that is on the right side instead of left. Dress is not lined. Belt not included.
