Exquisite 1950's dress done in the most brilliant, vivid blue velvet with satin trim. Wide neckline, fitted waist and full wrap skirt with rosette at waistline. Velvet has a stiff lining and has an attached tulle slip for fullness. Bodice is lined in satin. Back metal zipper.
