Incredible 1980's documented Bill Tice dress! Done in a lightweight silk plaid in blued and magenta. Top has a string that can be tied as a halter or criss crossed in back. It has an open area under the keyhole. Ruffles along the edges of bodice, angled on the high waist and on the hem. Front pockets. Unlined. Will fit a range of sizes.
