Darling late 1950's, early 1960's Lilli Diamond dress! Done in inky black velvet and taffeta. Wiggle style with curved, open neckline and long sleeves. Fitted shape with two tiers of ruched and gathered tafetta at the hem. Fringe is tucked underneath the last row of taffeta. Attached large bow with fringed tails. Fully lined. Back zip.
