Amazing 1930's velvet dress! Done in a ivory white panne velvet material and textured gold lame. Bodice has a wide stitched down collar and center horizontal seaming. Wide sleeve opening is over an interior armhole. Wrap back with attached diagonal bow. Waistline in an inverted v with bias cut skirt. Ruched panels of the lame in the skirt. Not lined. Pullover style. Hand-washed and ready to wear.
