Super rare 1930's dress done in a navy crinkled silk printed with flowers. Dress has high collar, split sleeves and covered buttons and loops behind neckline. Side snaps. Jacket can also be a blouse and is done in a flat, smooth silk. It has a wrap style with hook and eye on the interior and snap on the exterior. It has the most unique double folded collar with a wire piece on the inside! Wide sleeves. Neither piece is lined.
From the estate of Margaret Whiting of Cheyenne Wyoming. Her husband was the State Engineer and also ran for governor. They lived at 510 E 22nd St in Cheyenne. (google it...it is a stunning home!)
