Super rare 1930's dress! Done in a silk printed with flowers and grapes. The sleeves are really the star of the show though! The have ruching at the shoulder, the sleeves are wide with raspberry insets and large covered buttons. Wide merlot collar. Matching belt with two holes. Hook and eye at back and pullover style with no closures. Unlined. Brooch under collar.
From the estate of Margaret Whiting of Cheyenne Wyoming. Her husband was the State Engineer and also ran for governor. They lived at 510 E 22nd St in Cheyenne. (google it...it is a stunning home!)
