Truly stunning 1920's dress! Empire waistline is done in a black web-like lace, layered over a black silk. High collar with cascading ruffles down the front. Snaps line down the lace and silk layer for closure hiding beneath the ruffles. The long lace sleeve have silk lining 3/4 of the way, leaving the cuff of the sleeves sheer lace. Grosgrain ribbon cuff with a snap at wrists. The long silk crepe skirt is done in a tightly pleated style. Drop waist with a grosgrain ribbon that wraps around and snaps into place. The skirt is fully pleated, soft and flowy! Unlined skirt.
