Gorgeous 1910 Edwardian tux coat! Done in a very heavy black velvet/velveteen with thick silk passementarie trim all along the front and on the sleeves. The sleeves are glorious with a huge exaggerated puffed shape and cuffs. Interior silk vest that is attached to the coat and button and loop closure. This is boned. The velvet coat has tails in the back that split for a steampunk looks. Fully lined in black satin.

Brand: unknown
Size on tag: None
Fits like: small
Color: black
Material: velvet/silk
Condition: Good Vintage: Definitely some wear, but completely wearable and sturdy..we think these cosmetic flaws add to its charm: Wear to the velvet on the edges of cuffs and collar and a small horizontal mend line at the back of the tails. Silk vest has wear and small tears on the edges on front and collar. Wear on the muslin lining of vest not seen when worn. Really minor compared to the age of this beauty!
