Exquisite 1940's dress done in black rayon crepe and embellished with black bugle beads. Flattering plunge neckline with ruched shoulders and cutaway short sleeves. Bugle beads wrap around the neckline and drape asymmetrically on the waist. Sarong style skirt with front slit. Side metal zip. Unlined.
