Stunning 1960's gown by famed designer Ceil Chapman! Done in a substantial brocade that has silver lurex rose motifs on a turquoise background. Faux covered buttons and loops in the front, inverted pleats integrated at the waist all around for a full skirt. Pockets in the skirt. Back zipper.
