Luxe 1930's dress done in chocolate brown silk velvet. HUGE leg o'mutton sleeves are full and puffed at the top, and tight below the elbow. Pointed cuff with snap. Square neckline has two gold hand clips with rhinestones. High curved seam under the bust and bias cut skirt. Back covered buttons and loops. Unlined.
