An unforgettable cupcake gown likely from Emma Domb! Done in aquamarine tulle and velvet. Sweetheart neckline with folds of tulle. Fully boned and lined. UBER full skirt has three layers, the satin lining, the tiered tulle slip and then the ultra gathered tulle on top of that! Side metal zip.
