Incredible 1980's documented Bill Tice dress! Done in a lightweight silk plaid in pinks. Bodice has ruffled triangle pieces with double straps to tie behind neckline. Closure at the elastic waistline. Attached wide sash belt has fringe at the ends. Unlined. Will fit a range of sizes. Made in India.
