Chic 1930's dress done in a dark, rich merlot rayon. Intricate soutache trim on the shoulders and sleeves. Two moon rhinestone brooches secure the neckline. Longer skirt under a shorter panel. Matching belt and shoulder pads. Side metal zip. Unlined.
From the estate of Margaret Whiting of Cheyenne Wyoming. Her husband was the State Engineer and also ran for governor. They lived at 510 E 22nd St in Cheyenne. (google it...it is a stunning home!)
